To create a new MyCouncil membership step through the following dialog. You will create your sign-in credentials and update your interest and subscription profile.

Step 1: Create Your Login Credentials

	Please type your email address carefully to make sure it is correct. Member accounts with invalid email addresses are subject to deletion.

Choose Password:
- Type it Again:
	Password must be at least 7 characters long and contain at least 1 non-alphanumeric (!@#$%^&()_-+={}[]\|<>?) character*
