Requirements
Source - Leadership Training Committee Guide (#34169)
Training
- Complete Venturing Leader Specific Training.
- Complete Sea Scouting leader's specialized training.
- Complete a boating safety course offered by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, U.S. Power Squadron, or similar organization.
Tenure
- Complete a total of two years tenure registered in any adult capacity in the Venturing program.
Performance
- Perform your assigned leadership duties to the satisfaction of the Skipper.
