Pack 3067 - Abilene, KS

Welcome

To the Pack 67 Home Page

No, you are not going crazy, National leadership assigns a 30 in front of all packs to designate them to be Cub Scouts.  We are still Pack 67!

Next Pack Meeting

The next pack meeting will be November 16, 7:00 PM at the Emmanual church.  This month's theme will be "Father/Son (or Mother/Son) Cake (or pie) Contest".  Each participating pair will submitt a cake for judging by the mom's (or dads) of the pack.  The winner will win bragging for a whole year!  Refreshments will follow, could someone bring a cake for that?

I am going to do that again but this time with a parental and food neutral verbage:     This month's theme will be "Participating Parental Unit/Son Desert Item Contest".  Each participating pair will submitt a desert item for judging by the non-participating parental units of the pack.  The winner will win bragging for a whole year!  Refreshments will follow, could someone bring a cake for that?

Scout of the Month

Each month we recognize one or more scouts beause they got caught doing something right.  A leader, parent, teacher, etc. is elegible to nominate any scout they catch doing something that embodies a scouting value.  Please nominate a scout when you see them doing a good deed.

October:

Braden Anguiano was seen at the Rolling HIlls campout holding doors open and helping with his little sister.  Awsome job Braden.     Colton Liby was noticed by several exibiting an unusual amount of self control.  Colton was not at the October den meeting, we'll catch him next time!

September:

Hunter Morton was seen by a den leader during the train ride picking up trash befor it was suggested by the leaders.  Way to go Hunter!

Watch for changes to follow!
