Council Coordinated Committee Meetings

Numerous Meetings to Occur as Part of Council Banquet

Many of the council's committees will be meeting during the day leading up the Council Annual Banquet.  These meetings will take place both at the Graves Service Center and at First Covenant Church.  This provides an opportunity for many individuals unable to attend the normal meetings to come on a Saturday for the banquet and for the committee meetings.  The schedule of meetings are as follows:

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM:  The Centennial Camp Committee Meeting is for the Vice-Chairmen of the Centennial Camp.  This will take place at the Graves Service Center.

 12:30 - 2:45 PM:  College of Commissioner Science will be holding two classes at First Covenant Church for those commissioners that can participate.  One room will be dedicated to those working toward their Doctorate while the other room will focus on two excellent topics.  For more information, see the flyer.

3:00 - 4:00 PM:  Commissioner Cabinet Meeting is primarily for District Commissioners but is open to all commissioners.  This will be held at First Covenant Church immediately following the College of Commissioner Science courses.

4:00 - 5:00 PM:  There will be three meetings at First Covenant Church.  The Council Training Committee, Cub Scout Camping and Activities and Boy Scout Camping and Activities committees will each hold their January meeting at this time.
