Four Scouters to be Honored at Council Annual Banquet

The Silver Beaver Committee is pleased to announce the selection of Ed Rucker, Randy Kiser, Robert Gibbens, and Dr. Paul Adams as this year's recipients of the Silver Beaver Award.  They will be presented this distinguished honor as a part of the Council Annual Banquet on January 30 at First Covenant Church in Salina, Kansas.
