The Boy Scouts of America has seen thousands of terrific stories about Scouting leadership submitted to the National Hall of Leadership nomination database, but there are many more great stories out there yet to be shared!
As everyone is busy ramping up for a busy 1OOth Anniversary year, it has been decided to extended the nomination deadline to April 2, 2010.

The 2010 KSU Merit Badge Day packet and registration materials are now available. The event will take place on May 1 at the Manhattan Campus of Kansas State. Classes will beginning at 8:00 AM and will close at 5:00 PM. (more)

Centennial Camp, scheduled for October 8-10, 2010 in the heart of Salina looks will be the biggest Scouting celebration of the 100th Anniversary in central Kansas. Over 5,000 are expected to attend this three day, two night extravaganza. It is sure to be a “can’t miss” for every Tiger, Cub, Webelos, Scout, Venturer, or Explorer.

The Catholic Committee on Scouting serves to assist with the promotion of Religious Awards, training to counselors, and provide opportunities for spiritual advancement of Scouts in the Coronado Area Council.
