Eagle Board of Review Guideline Proposal

The Wheatland District Committee is presenting a proposal to make sure that as Eagle Candidates are reviewed on the same criteria as well to make expectations clear to those seeking the Eagle Award.  The Eagle Board of Review is not a formality, it is a formal interview to determine whether or not a young man is worthy of the Eagle Rank.

While not all boys will pass their first Eagle Board of Reviews, they will be told where they need to improve as well how they can pass there next Eagle Board of Review.  The Board of Review will also be held to making sure that each Candidate is being reviewed fairly and must make sure each Candidate  is worthy of the Eagle Award before making the recommendation that the Candidate receive the Eagle Award.
