Did you know??  If you do not fill out the proper travel permits, you will liable in the event of an accident.  The BSA insurance cannot cover any accidents that happen if you do not fill out the proper paperwork.  It only takes a few minutes.  Protect yourself and your scouts by filing the paperwork.
