As part of the Annual Council Recognition Banquet, the Wheatland District's very own Paul Adams will be receiving the Silver Beaver Award as one of only four Scouters in the entire Council to earn the remarkable award.

The Silver Beaver Award is given only to those dedicated Scouters that continuously give much time and effort that goes above and byond to Scouting for a long period of time.  Those receiving the award do not actively seek it, they must be nominated and then chosen by  board.
