Meet Our New District Executive - Matt Stuchlik

The Coronado Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America is extremely pleased to announce the hiring of Matthew Stuchlik.  Matthew has been brought in as District Executive of both the Wheatland and Buffalo Bill Districts which cover 12 Northwest Kansas counties including Ellis County.  He will oversee many aspects of these districts including fundraising, recruitment and program offered to the young men.

Matthew is a May 2008 graduate of Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS where he received a Bachelors of Science in Mass Communications and also received a minor in Anthropology.  He was a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and served as Philanthropy Chair for two years.

Matthew is also an Eagle Scout and has worked at Philmont Scout Ranch as a Ranger.  He brings a great deal of insight to the Boy Scouts of America from his 13 years as a youth member of the organization and two years as registered adult member.

“I am very happy to except this opportunity and challenge.  I am prepared to work tirelessly for an organization that has strengthened and empowered me personally.” -Matthew Stuchlik
