Join Scouting Week is going to be Monday, August 24th to Friday, August 28th. The Buffalo Bill District is hoping to schedule most of their sign-up nights this week. They usually work out best if held during a school open house or other school event where youth and parents are going to be attending anyway.  

If you can't hold your fall sign-up event this week do not worry just pick a date within the first few weeks of school.  A few days before your sign-up for night, Matt Stuchlik District Executive will go into your school and talk to the kids about signing up for Scouting. 

Matt will also be doing flyers and stickers for the kids to take home with the time, date, and location of your sign-up night.  Because these will need to be printed in July, please send this information to Matt Stuchlik no later then July 16th at mstuchli@bsamail.org or call him with it at 316-641-6899.

The Information needed:

 

 1.  Your Unit

 2.  Date of your fall sign-up night

 3.  Time you plan on holding the event

 4. Location that you are planning on holding the event
