Buffalo Bill Goal for 2009 Quality Centennial District:

Criteria for Award:               
1. At least 60% of our Traditional Units will earn the Centennial Quality Award for 2009.

2. We will organize 4 New Units in 2009.

3. We will achieve 5% growth in traditional membership.

4. We will increase the district's retention of youth to 75% for 2009.

5. We will achieve finance goal for 2009 of raising $100,000 for the 6-County Boy Fund to hire a para-professional in the Buffalo Bill District.

6. Our district Commissioner Staff will work to retain 90% of the units in our district.

7. We will recruit and train an additional 2 Unit Commissioners, increase Commissioner visits per unit to 2 per year, and improve the commissioner to unit ratio.

 Buffalo Bill District Membership 2009

-Currently we are 23 youth ahead of June, 2008 and +4 Units for Year End.  We need just +1 more Unit and we will be a 'HIGH FIVE CLUB' District with all the accolades.

- Currently working on Pack 153 in Winona, Troop 153 in Winona, Pack 151 in Rexford/Seldon, Pack 143 in Brewster, and several Venturing Units.

- For Year End we need 60 new Scouts
