The 4th Annual High Plains Scout Powwow, in conjugation with the Buffalo Bill Spring Camporee, will be held on the Colby Community College campus April 30 - May 2, 2010.  Merit Badge classes offered at this years Powwow are: Astronomy, Aviation, Chemistry, Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the World, Energy, Farm Mechanics, Horsemanship, Signaling, Tracking, Veterinary Medicine, Wilderness Survival and Weather.  New this year is the addition of Webelos Activity Badge classes which are: Forester, Naturalist, Outdoorsman and Scientist.
