Many of the council's committees will be meeting during the day leading up the Council Annual Banquet. These meetings will take place both at the Graves Service Center and at First Covenant Church. This provides an opportunity for many individuals unable to attend the normal meetings to come on a Saturday for the banquet and for the committee meetings. The schedule of meetings are as follows:
Scout Shop Open on Saturday Before Council Annual Banquet
The Scout Shop at the Graves Service Center in Salina will be open Saturday, January 30 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This will allow those attending the Council Annual Banquet an opportunity to pick up supplies before attending the evening's activities. To place an order to be picked up either email or call the Scout Shop at (785) 827-4461 x1.

BALOO Camping Training for Cub Scout Leaders 2010
The main reason that boys join the Scouting program is to go camping. BALOO training (Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation Training) is required for any pack or den camping activity. This training is open to any Cub Scout leader or parent to ensure that our boys get a quality outdoor experience.
