Camp Staff

Camp Hansen employes about 35 seasonal Camp Staff members for a four-week contract.  Some contracts are written for fewer weeks and volunteer leaders are encouraged to apply for a week of camp staff.  A camp staff application and Camp Staff flow chart can be downloaded.  Camp staff is hard work, the hours are long, but you get a chance to meet and help a lot of people, work outside, help a lot of Scouts along their Scouting trail and be part of a great Camp Staff.  Interviews take about 40 minutes and if you are under 18 years of age, a parent must attend.  Interviews are scheduled for December 27 & 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm at the Council Service Center in Salina.  Please call to schedule an interview or to make an appointment for another date and location - if needed.
