 Centennial Camp will be one of the greatest events Coronado Area Council's history.  Be sure to get in on the action as we continue the celebrations of Scouting's 100th Anniversary.

January, 2010

•  The theme of Centennial Camp will be, "Welcome to the Future."
• Tentative layout of site was developed
• Promotional Flyer sent out at Roundtable was approved
• Placemats for Blue and Gold Banquet promotion was approved

February, 2010

• YMCA agreed to allow usage of tgheir fields and facility for Centennial Camp
• Program Committee is seeking ideas for event
• McDonald's franchise owners of Salina and Hays agree to sponsor the Extreme Scouting Zone
• Tony's Pizza has agreed to be Transportation sponsor and in-kind donation of food 

March, 2010

• Centennial Camp Leader's Guide approved
• Water's True Value Hardware has agreed to be a sponsor
• Logo design was approved
• Patch design sent to patch company

April, 2010

• Leader's Guide distributed to units at roundtables
• Volunteer Request forms reviewed
• Vendor and Exhibit Booth forms reviewed
• Inquiries made for closing show entertainment
